Mike Ridgell

CEO

Mike Ridgell is the CEO of Dane Electric and has been in the business for 49 years. Not only the CEO, Mike is also the CEG, Electrical License Owner, and Landlord of Dane and Associates Electric as well as a board member of Compsource Mutual Insurance. Mike has always been fascinated with electricity and loves running a company that takes projects from plans to finished product. With so much experience, he has had the opportunity to work with a broad range of “quality characters” who have helped build the business into what it is today.  When Mike isn’t in the office he can often be found on the golf course. An avid golfer, he has had the opportunity to play on many legendary courses. He and his wife have been married for 52 years. As Mike’s princess, she has been supportive of Mike and the business every step of the way. They have a daughter and son-in-law—who is the president of Dane Electric—as well as two grandsons, Tanner and Justin. Thanks to the hard work of Mike and his team, Dane Electric and Associates is one of the best names in the business, providing quality service that sets them apart.

Steve Dolf

Steve Dolf

Secretary/Treasurer 

Steve Dolf has been with Dane Electric for over 13 years after 32 years of experience in the electrical contracting business. In fact, before working for Dane, Steve played competitive softball against Mike Ridgell, our CEO. A “numbers guy” all his life, Steve is responsible for the integrity of the accounting department. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing, and just being outdoors. Steve and his wife Stacey have two sons, a daughter, and three grandsons.

Benjamin Simpson

Service Support/Estimator

Benjamin Simpson joined Dane Electric seven years ago. With ten years of industry experience, he is a problem solver. Along with the day-to-day administration of the service department, Benjamin also serves as an estimator and has even takes service calls from time to time. Benjamin has been fascinated with construction since he was a child and loves the opportunity to make plans become reality. Outside of work, he is an avid outdoorsman who loves hunting and fishing. He has started a non-profit for spinal cord patients called the Ben Strong Foundation.

Beau Applegate

Service Department Support

Beau Applegate joined the Dane Electric team eleven years ago. In his Service Department Support role, Beau takes incoming service calls and creates dispatches. He also provides some estimates and project manages service department jobs. After years of working in retail, Beau decided to make a change and work with his hands. He loves the sense of accomplishment that comes with finishing a job, especially the unique ones such as installing speakers, delivered by helicopter, on top of the OSU Boone Pickens stadium. Beau is married with two children who are active in competitive swimming. He hopes to pass on his love of sailing to them by taking them out on his grandpa’s 1965 Oday Mariner Sailboat.

Jackie Jr. Sing

Estimator & Project Manager

Jacki Jr. Sing has been with Dane Electric for 15 years. As an estimator and project manager, Jackie quotes and manages projects for Devon Energy and Will Rogers World Airport. He feels blessed to have had a long career in the electrical field doing a variety of work all the way from the level of yard hand to project manager. Jackie is married with two children and enjoys coaching soccer, landscaping, and exercising when he’s not at work.

Vincent Phillips

Service Manager

Vincent Phillips manages our service department. He has been with Dane for 11 years and loves working directly with customers to meet their electrical needs. As service manager, Vincent manages the service department and lobes making the impossible possible with the help of our talented electricians and staff. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Anna, and three boys. Vincent is a member of the Ben Strong Foundation, founded by colleague Benjamin Simpson. He is also an outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, beekeeping, trail-riding in his Polaris Rzr, and a host of other activities in his free time. He is also an instructor at the local International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers training center.

Buddy Belt

Business Development and Safety Coordinator

Buddy Belt has been with Dane Electric for 6 years. As Business Development and Safety coordinator, his duties include preparing pre-qualification paperwork for general contractors, keeping company company information up to date, and maintaining pre-qualification website updates. He also updates the safety manual, OSHA logs, JHA’s, site-specific safety plans, and accident investigations. Buddy likes the culture at Dane Electric as it feels like an extended family with each employee supporting the others. He is married with three daughters and a two-year-old granddaughter. In his free time, he likes golfing, hunting, and spending time with his family around the pool.

Aundrea Saville

Office Manager

Aundrea Saville has been with Dane for over 6 years. As office manager, she has many responsibilities handling human resources, payroll, accounting, reporting filing taxes, billing, and anything else that comes her way. She loves to bring extra laughs to the office and enjoys the sense of camaraderie among the staff. Aundrea is an avid traveller and loves the opportunities she gets to experience different cultures with her family. In her free time Aundrea loves to watch TV and decorate cakes and cookies. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Jeff, and has a five year-old son, Jason, and eight year-old German shepherd, Irie.

Herb Humphrey

Construction Manager

Herb Humphrey has been with Dane Electric for 23 years. As construction manager, he coordinates and manages field installations for projects. He is also responsible for writing and processing RFI’s and quote materials and deliveries. He loves electric work and the whole process of taking a job from start to finish. He loves working for Dane because of the superior quality of the leadership, his colleagues, the technicians, and the staff. In his free time, Herb enjoys watching baseball and football as well as traveling and collecting coins. He has 3 children and two awesome grandchildren.

JEFF LEWIS

Co-Owner

Jeff Lewis joined the family business at Dane Electric on July 18, 1987. As President and Owner of Dane, his job is overseeing the day to day operations without getting in the way. His skilled managers and staff free him up to make the big or difficult decisions about the future of the business by taking their responsibilities head-on. Jeff enjoys the very fulfilling career that has affords him the chance to work with and meet many wonderful people. Especially Johnny (Dane’s Service Manager when he started), who went from skeptical to a fast friend when he started. Outside of work, he is a Sooners and Thunder supporter. He enjoys traveling, biking, and hiking in his free time. In 1986, he married his high school sweetheart, Stephanie. Jeff is a follower of Jesus Christ and his son, Tanner, follows in his footsteps as a youth minister, his daughter-in-law, Skyler, is a school teacher in Ada, OK.

Patrick Linville

Communications Project Manager

Patrick Linville started at Dane Electric in 2000. As Communications Project Manager, he specializes in estimating low voltage projects as well as managing telecommunications projects. Patrick loves working for a great company made up of even better people. In fact, he left for a short period and when he saw he’d made a mistake, Jeff and Mike were delighted to have him back on board. A proud father of two sons, Hayden and Grayson, Patrick coaches their baseball teams and is a volunteer and advocate for growing youth baseball in Oklahoma.

Westley Boggs

WESTLEY BOGGS

Communications Division Manager

Westley Boggs started at Dane in May of 2014. As Communications Division Manager, he manages our low voltage team. He has a passion for the electrical trade that he brings to this role every day. He enjoys working at Dane and especially loves that his employer undertakes charitable endeavors such as donating books to families in need and helping them at Christmas. He has a wonderful wife, three amazing kids, and one grandbaby with whom he enjoys boating and camping at Oklahoma’s lakes.

Kevin Ryel

Kevin Ryel

Estimator/Project Manager

Kevin Ryel started at Dane Electric on a service truck in the fall of 1998. As a Project Manager at Dane, he quotes new projects and manages the projects he is awarded. He is also the manager of several special accounts such as Wynnewood Refinery and the ONEOK Gas Plants. Kevin got into the electrical trade thanks to his grandfather, who inspired him to enter the IBEW/NECA electrical apprenticeship. He enjoys the chance to work on large projects and is especially proud of the work he did for Dane Electric on the Devon Tower Project. Kevin stays busy outside of work playing golf, fishing, hunting, and camping or working on his street rod. He married his wife, Robbin in 1998 and has two daughters, Kirsten and Katie and one granddaughter Karsyn.

Dean Brown

Dean Brown

Warehouse Manager

Dean Brown started at Dane in 1996. As Warehouse Manager, Dean is responsible for the shipping, warehousing, and receiving of all the materials and products used on our job sites. He also maintains the tool tracking system, distributing tools to jobs as needed. Dean enjoys being a part of a great team that comes together to consistently get work done. He is also proud to work for a company that gives back by providing Christmas for the less fortunate. Outside of work, Dean is an avid follower of OU football and Thunder basketball. He can also be found deep in home improvement projects. He is a father to two daughters and has one granddaughter.


Darin Wooden

Darin Wooden

Estimator/Project Manager

Darin Wooden started at Dane Electric on Valentine’s Day 2001. As an estimator, he is responsible for gathering all relevant information from our customers and providing a detailed estimate of labor, materials, and time required to perform the work. Once the project is awarded, Darin plans, budgets, and oversees all aspects of the project. He enjoys the unique challenges each project presents. Darin is a huge fan of all OU sports but loves watching his kids play football and basketball even more. When he’s not in the office, he can be found playing golf, wakesurfing, and vacationing with his wife and four children.


Deenis Valenzuela

Deenis Valenzuela

Administrative Assistant

Deenis Valenzuela started at Dane Electric on September 25th, 2017. As an administrative assistant, her job duties are wide-ranging. She does it all from answering and directing phone calls to ordering office supplies and booking travel. She loves working with everyone at Dane because of the family environment we foster in our team. Deenis has diverse interests from music to soccer. Outside of work, she can be found spending time with family and friends. She is married and a mother of three children, Javier (12 years old), Gael (2 months old), and Fernanda (9 years old). She was born in Mexico, raised in Utah and lives in Oklahoma City along with her mom, dad, two brothers, and sister.
