Title: Service Support/Estimator
What do you really do? I have many responsibilities here at Dane. I record time for everyone in the service department. I take service calls when people call in. I help dispatch service calls out to the service truck drivers. I help the service guys solve field problems from a different point of view. I manage invoicing in the service department. I call in inspections. I help do T&M tickets for other jobs. I administrate a service we use called Skysite, which is a web-based software that we use to get prints to our men in the field electronically. I also give estimates for jobs.

Why do you do what you do? I have always been fascinated with construction. Being able to be a part of something from an idea to reality is pretty fulfilling to me.
Favorite "Dane" story? I am not sure if I have one particular story that sticks out. I have had a good experience the whole time that I have been with Dane, from my time as an apprentice, to being a service truck driver, to now being in the office.
Hobbies and interests: I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I love hunting, fishing and being outdoors. I also volunteer time at Cargo Ranch. I started a nonprofit organization with the help of friends called The Ben Strong Foundation. This foundation will help other spinal cord patients like myself that need help with different needs. I enjoy OU football and Thunder basketball.
Family? I don't have any kids, and I am not married, but I do have three beautiful nieces!
Anything else that we should know about you? I am a quadriplegic. I was in a diving accident on April 20, 2014. The accident left me paralyzed from the chest down.
